SBIR/STTR
The SBA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program are designed to help bolster innovation and research and development (R&D) programs. With an overview of both the SBIR and STTR programs, we will look at how to pursue these opportunities and the requirements to participate in each of these programs. This webinar will also provide resources and insight into the SBIR STTR opportunities.

DoD and SBA Mentor Protégé Programs (MPP)
The Mentor Protégé Program (MPP) has been established to help small businesses develop and expand in the government marketplace with the assistance of large businesses. The Department of Defense (DoD) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) both have MPP programs. In this presentation we will review the MPP programs, compare the two MPP programs, and explore how small businesses can participate in these programs as part of the defense industrial base. We will also provide resources to determine if the MPP programs are right for you.

The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements can be scary, but this webinar will walk you step-by-step through the basic processes. As CMMC certification is required for Department of Defense (DoD) contracting, this presentation will provide an overview of CMMC, walk you through the initial certification requirements, and provide you with the resources to make this journey far less overwhelming. We will provide resources and handouts to support your businesses efforts in becoming CMMC compliant.

Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI)
This webinar will provide basic information and understanding regarding Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence, commonly referred to as FOCI. Course presenters will discuss the meaning of FOCI, explain what it means to be under FOCI, and FOCI's effect on a company seeking preliminary or continued eligibility for access to classified information. Information will also be presented about the responsibilities of Industrial Security Representatives in helping the Government determine the existence of FOCI, verifying reporting information, and working with the Facility Security Officer to ensure information the company reports is complete and accurate.
