Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) Program

The Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program is a Department of Defense (DoD) initiative focused on ensuring the resilience, security, and technological superiority of the U.S. defense industrial base by identifying vulnerabilities, investing in workforce development, and strengthening domestic production capabilities.
This APEX Accelerator is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.

Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III
The Defense Production Act (DPA) authorizes the President to ensure availability of certain supplies for defense, essential civilian, and homeland security requirements. The DPA Title III provides incentives to develop, maintain, modernize, and expand production capacity and critical technologies. DPA Title III establishes guaranteed loans, purchase commitments, grants, and subsidies to expand production capacity and supplies. DPA Title III helps contractors receive loans, direct investments, purchase commitments and other assistance to help in bolstering the supply chain. We will provide you with a full overview of DPA Title III programs and resources as a small business contractor.
