OUR MISSION
We assist West Virginia based businesses with the procurement process of government contracting.
What We Do
Our Procurement Specialists provide advice and assistance in areas specific to your company’s government contracting needs. We assist with topics such as regulations, reporting requirements, contract bidding performance, payment, and audit issues.
Our Funding
We are on a non-profit corporation funded by the Department of Defense (DoD), the State of West Virginia, and private corporations. RCAC currently services the entire state.

APEX Accelerators have been set-up throughout the state to provide West Virginia companies seeking to do business with federal, state, or local government agencies.
